Artvox developed out of two things, my passion for music and my love of art. Unfortunately I’m no musician, but maybe creating music focussed art is the next best thing (maybe).

The majority of the art and prints I produce, are inspired by my favourite songs, artists and bands and I often listen to my rapidly growing collection of vinyl when working on new art which makes the process even more enjoyable.

Way back in 1979 I first heard Tubeway Army perform "Are Friends Electric", I was mesmerised by the strange electronic sound and at that moment, I fell in love with music.

I still have a particular interest in electronic and new wave music, but over the years have come to genuinely love all types of music.

I hope my work helps you to recapture the excitement you felt when you first heard "that song"!
